New 3s Brushless Horsepower
Slash 4X4’s new Velineon 3s power system is a brushless powerhouse that transforms 3s LiPo power into brutal acceleration and 50+ mph speed, out of the box with no gearing changes required. The fan-cooled VX3 speed control is feature-packed and simple to use with Traxxas EZ-Set® one-button programming. The powerful V3200 motor is a model speed, power, and efficiency.
New GTR Shocks
New composite GTR shocks complement Slash 4X4’s long-travel suspension to create a supremely plush ride. GTR shocks hold over 70% more oil than standard Ultra Shocks for consistent damping performance. X-ring seals keep oil in and dirt out for smooth suspension compression and rebound. Spring preload and ride height changes are as simple as turning the threaded collar and the spring retainers are captured with a screw so they can't pop off.
New Aerodynamic Body
With a top speed of over 50 mph, Slash 4X4 must fight the wind to maintain its high-speed performance. A new aerodynamic body cuts through the air and increases downforce to deliver arrow-straight high-speed stability. Heavy-duty clipless latches hold the body tightly for rough-and-tumble action, but release in just seconds for fast battery swaps.
New Low-CG Chassis
Slash 4X4 VX3’s low-CG chassis positions the battery and electronics as low as possible. A low center of gravity dramatically increases corner speed and stability no matter where you drive. The chassis is reinforced by integrated ribs that form a triangulated structure for maximum rigidity. The long-wheelbase chassis is ultra-smooth underneath to reduce drag and prevent snags.

Durable One-Piece Camber Links
Durable one-piece camber links are perfect for bashing because they maintain proper suspension geometry and never require adjustments. Captured rod ends provide unmatched durability and they won't pop off.
Velineon V3200 Motor
Designed for 3-cell LiPo power, the V3200 motor is optimized for extreme power and efficiency with a large 5 mm output shaft. Ultra-high temperature sintered Neodymium magnets provide massive torque and linear power. The unique low-maintenance design features high-speed ball bearings with both internal and external cooling fans for consistent high-power output, run after run.
VX3 Electronic Speed Control
The fully waterproof VX3 ESC transforms 11.1 volts of LiPo power into 50+ mph performance with the simplicity of Traxxas; EZ-Set one-button programming. A large aluminum heat sink with cooling fan keeps temperatures down for longer run times. The VX3 comes loaded with high-tech features like race-inspired High-Resolution Linear Braking and real-time telemetry via Traxxas Link.

Tough integrated chassis nerf bars offer side body support to absorb the shocks that occur during door-to-door racing action.
Waterproof Receiver Box
Slash's waterproof receiver box keeps the receiver safe and dry while still allowing easy access for maintenance. The antenna and servo wires route neatly through a patented water-tight seal for true all-weather fun.
3-Channel TQi Sport Receiver
The TQi Sport receiver is compatible with all TQi and TQi Sport transmitters. A built-in failsafe returns the throttle to neutral and holds the steering in the last known position in the event of a signal loss. The receiver features full Inclinometer and telemetry functionality accessible through a TQi radio using the Traxxas Link app.
Clipless Battery Strap
Slash 4X4 Brushless holds batteries securely in place with the convenience of a rugged clipless battery strap. Swing the heavy-duty strap up and out of the way to swap batteries. Once loaded, just snap the tab into the latch and your battery stays safe and secure until you release it.
Metal Gear Servo
Slash 4X4 features a new servo with the durability of an all-metal gear train. The new servo delivers quick, precise control with the security and convenience of fully waterproof construction.
Realistic Short Course Tires
Slash 4X4's Replica Kumho tires offer excellent grip in the dirt and just the right amount of slide on pavement. The tires and race-tuned foam inserts come pre-glued on tough 2.2" Split-Spoke SCT wheels with simulated beadlock rings.
Dual Bellcrank Steering
Slash 4X4's dual-bellcrank design pivots smoothly even in the harshest conditions. An integrated cam-operated servo saver protects the steering servo from crash impacts without sacrificing steering precision.
32-Pitch Steel Gears
Slash's 4X4 driveline is built to handle extreme brushless horsepower power. The steel pinion and spur gears feature large 32-pitch teeth for total reliability no matter how much power you pour on.
Torque-Biasing Center Drive
Slash 4X4's Torque-Biasing Center Drive absorbs shocks to improve driveline durability and distributes equal power to all four wheels for mind-blowing acceleration. It's easy to tune for different traction surfaces by replacing the oil inside the sealed housing.
Sealed Steel-Gear Differentials
Sealed front and rear differentials utilize steel gears for maximum durability. Silicone gaskets and x-ring seals allow you to tune the amount of differential locking action by varying the viscosity of the fluid inside.
