Holiday Ordering & COVID-19 Update
All orders are shipping from our warehouse in Minnesota within our normal handling time. Orders with paid shipping upgrades will ship within the stated time (same business day if placed by 11AM Central Time, or the following business day if placed after 11AM CT).
Some regions are experiencing back-ups with deliveries due to local closures, delivery volumes, transportation limitations, etc. This is beyond our control, so we appreciate your patience through this period. The most severe backups are occurring with USPS shipments.
This will be the largest holiday online shopping season ever, and there may be delays in transit as Christmas approaches. We highly suggest ordering as early as possible to beat the rush. We have also extended our return policy to accommodate earlier ordering.
For more urgent deliveries, we suggest selecting one of the FedEx shipping options at checkout for more reliable service.
Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed after November 6 will have until January 15, 2021 to request a return. Standard return policy/item condition requirements below apply.

Want to ensure your order ships quickly?
Be sure to check out using the PayPal Checkout or PayPal Credit option in the shopping cart. This will prevent any processing delays due to orders being flagged for additional fraud screening. Orders deemed as possible fraud may require additional verification prior to shipment, which could add to overall delivery time.
When will my order ship?
For orders where paid shipping is upgraded to an expedited option, orders placed by 11:00AM Central time will ship same-day Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after this will ship the following business day with the requested shipping method.
All other orders typically ship the first business day after they are placed.
Orders over $99 SHIP FREE within the contiguous 48 states.
Standard Shipping (orders under $99) within 48 states: $6.95
Free Shipping (orders over $99) within 48 states
Orders with Standard Shipping (or Free Shipping for orders over $99) selected will ship by the best method available. This is typically USPS or FedEx Ground, depending on size and shipping location. Orders shipped by this method typically arrive 1-5 business days after shipment.
Shipping to PO Boxes
If you have a PO Box, we highly recommend you provide a physical shipping address along with it. If you only provide a PO box for shipping, please select Priority Mail as your shipping method rather than our Free Shipping offer. Providing only a PO box and selecting Free Shipping may result in delays or slower shipping methods (Parcel Select or SmartPost) being used. We may also contact you to provide a physical address.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and may be impacted by weather, natural disasters, holiday shipping volumes, or other shipping carrier delays. Shipping costs are not refunded due to transit delays.
Orders containing fuel, aerosol paints, and other chemicals will occasionally ship by FedEx SmartPost, depending on the size and weight of the items.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and US territories are not eligible for free shipping, and will be charged higher shipping rates on some items. Items such as LiPo batteries cannot be shipped to these locations.
If your package shows as delivered, but you do not have it, you MUST notify RC Superstore within 24 hours of the stated delivery to ensure adequate investigation by the shipping carrier is possible. Please use our Contact Form to notify us in writing.
Tracking information is provided for all shipments via e-mail. Please pay attention to your shipment and its delivery status.

If an item needs to be returned, please contact us as soon as possible once you have received it so that we may provide the return authorization.
If you need to cancel an order, please message us immediately through our Contact page. While we will attempt catch an order prior to shipment, it is not always possible to catch an order that has been packed already, even if you do not yet have the tracking number.
Return requests must be received within 30 days of the shipment of the product. All returned items must be in new condition, in the original (unopened) packages, shipped inside a designated shipping package to protect the item. Items that are damaged/opened may not receive full credit. Returns must be received back to RC Superstore within 14 days of the return being approved.
There is no restocking fee on authorized returns that meet the above requirements. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. If shipping was originally free, the actual shipping/handling costs will be deducted from the credit amount. Unauthorized returns and returns of opened/used items may be rejected if not previously authorized by RC Superstore, Inc.
Refused packages or shipments returned due to an invalid shipping address will be handled as a return with all shipping costs deducted from the credit amount.

Warranty / Defective Claims
The majority of the items we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties. When this is the case, we ask to please follow the manufacturer's warranty process. If an item needs to be repaired/replaced due to a defect, please check the product manual for warranty information. If you have any questions about whether the item should be replaced by the manufacturer or through RC Superstore, contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
