Traxxas TRX-4 Scale and Trail Crawler
In essence, TRX-4 Scale and Trail is a design philosophy that stays as faithful as possible to the full-size inspiration while delivering a powerful and dynamic performance on rugged paths. One of the most popular models is a scale replica of the Land Rover Defender but with higher clearance and stock tires that give RC pilots the ability to maneuver through puddles, sandy terrain, dirt roads, and muddy conditions. Another trail crawler that gets great reviews from RC drivers is the 4WD Sport Truck, which comes equipped with Canyon Trail tires right out of the box.
Traxxas RC Rock Crawlers
Rock crawlers also follow the TRX-4 design philosophy, but with added features such as wider rock rails with adjustable widths for technical piloting on rocky terrain. The bodies for rock crawlers are interchangeable with trail crawlers, so you can have classic Ford Broncos from the 1970s or new Jeep Wranglers. You can also upgrade these rock crawlers with Traxx treads like the ones that crush vehicles at monster truck shows.
