TSM compares steering angle with driver input and seamlessly applies just enough assistance to maintain the desired drift. 4-Tec Drift also includes an optional high-angle steering kit to boost steering angle to 75° for drivers seeking maximum throw.
TQi Radio with Included Wireless Module
The included Traxxas Link Wireless Module harnesses the full potential of 4-Tec Drift’s powerful TSM drift modes. Use the full-color graphical interface to personalize the TQi radio and unlock its advanced tuning features. Tap the handbrake button on the side to initiate rotation and begin your drift.

Hard and Soft Compound Tires Included
4-Tec Drift delivers maximum versatility with two sets of 1.9" drift tires included in the box. Use the factory-installed hard compound tires on any hard abrasive surface like pavement or cement. The included soft compound tires provide refined drift control on polished surfaces.
Rear-Wheel-Drive Platform
4-Tec Drift rides on a rear-wheel-drive platform based on the responsive 200 mm 4-Tec chassis. The redesigned front bulkhead and suspension provide optimal drift geometry and over 60° steering angle. Drivers can take advantage of individual settings for caster, roll center, ackerman, track width, and more.

6-Spoke Wheels and Drift Tires
Stylish 6-spoke wheels feature a rubber inner liner with grooves to hold the tire securely in place. Tires swaps are quick and easy thanks to this innovative feature.
Oil-Filled Ultra Shocks
4-Tec Drift rides on oil-filled Ultra Shocks utilizing X-ring technology for a perfect seal and silky-smooth performance. They are fully tunable with a wide range of oils and pistons and feature spring clips to change the ride height and pre-load. New super soft springs are tuned to deliver maximum weight transfer for perfect drifts.
Adjustable Rear Camber
Adjustable steel turnbuckles allow easy camber tuning. The rear suspension features dual turnbuckle mounting points to accommodate different bodies.
Rear Spool with 48-Pitch Gears
4-Tec Drift's rear spool features 48-pitch gears with a 5 degree spiral cut to reduce backlash for smooth, quiet running.
Fixed Gear Mesh System
4-Tec Drift eliminates the hassle of setting gear mesh with its innovative fixed positioning system. Use the convenient chart included in the user manual to select the proper hole for your pinion gear.
One-Piece Driveshafts
One-piece steel driveshafts save weight and send power directly to the wheels for lightning quick response times. Extended drive cups allow for maximum articulation and ultimate durability.
Molded Wire Retainer
A simple wire clip would look out of place with this futuristic high-tech chassis. Traxxas engineers designed a trick molded wire retainer to keep wiring secured safely out of the way.
XL-5 Waterproof Electronic Speed Control
The XL-5 electronic speed control balances high power output with the precise control required for mid-corner adjustments. The XL-5 is completely waterproof with three drive modes, low voltage detection, thermal shutdown protection, and 2-cell LiPo compatibility.
Waterproof Receiver Box
A sealed receiver box gives you the freedom to practice your drifting skills regardless of the weather. The antenna and servo wires route neatly through a patented watertight seal. A blue O-ring seals the receiver box to protect the receiver from water.
High-Performance Suspension Adjustments
4-Tec Drift gives drivers complete customization to tune their vehicles for any driving style or track surface with a fully adjustable suspension. All-new front suspension arms adjust for width to increase the front track. The suspension also includes adjustments for caster, roll center, ackerman, droop, toe, and bump steer.
