I have about 40 min on this battery and three charges with celectron 3020 charger at 3 amp no problems until today, Not sure as why but my battery was in my traxxas and about to be plugged in tho the esc and before i could even connect i heard a poof and the battery just started swelling and then black smoke every where. did manage to remove it as
...Read MoreRead more about I have about 40 min on this battery it was not yet secured and had to throw my RC out the door and into the yard where the battery did dislodge from it holder and onto the concrete sidewalk and i watched in horror as it burn up pretty fast. I did get lots of pics. I can honestly say i have never had this happen in my 23 years of RC hobbies. not even sure as to why? I am sure of one thing, RC superstore has always been my go to place and as sure as the sun shines tomorrow i will continue to order from them Great place to do business with hands down! I guess i just got a defective lipo.. i know it happens and of course i did not register the warrant with the maker.. My only hope is that some luck of the Irish hits soon as its Saint Patrick's day!
