These are the GPM Racing Brass Extreme Heavy Edition Outer Portal Housings and Pendulum Axle Weights for Traxxas TRX-4 scale trucks and rock crawlers. This includes enough parts to outfit one axle. These will fit the front and rear of the truck, so two sets can be used if desired.
This set includes outer portal drive housings which add 42 grams each, and adjustable pendulum axle weights that add 88-108 grams each (adjustable in 5g increments). Also included are 9mm and 12mm wide hex hubs to increase overall track width, further improving stability. The added weight of this kit at such a low point on the truck greatly improves the center of gravity of the truck, for incredible stability at steep angles on the trail or on the rocks! Fully-loaded, this set adds 350 grams per axle.
These are upgraded replacements for stock Traxxas parts 8251 and 8253.
