This Bulldog Racing AFX F1 Indy SRT (1.625 inch wheelbase) HO slot car chassis fits the Tomy AFX F1 Indy Turbo and SRT HO slot car bodies from the past. The SRT offers a step up in handling in comparison to the original AFX F1 Indy Turbo.
Bulldog HO Racing has improved the original Tomy AFX F1 Indy SRT by enclosing the holes of the front axle to keep it from popping out in a crash. Additional improvements include pickup shoe bumpers to keep them from flying off in a crash and motor supports have been modified to hold the motor firmer in the chassis.
The Bulldog AFX F1 Indy SRT HO chassis is best driven with a 55 to 70 ohm controller such as the original 8630 Tomy AFX controller (no red lettering on the top of the handle) or the Auto World thumb style controller.
