With a total of 27 running feet of track, even the original set layouts were updated to reflect changes made to the professional tracks. Detailed realism plays out across the track with to scale catch fences, ARMCO barriers, and banner stickers. The Formula race cars have been given the ultimate update with new body modifications and never before seen liveries only available in the set.
The tried and true AFX Tri Power Pack has also been upgraded to maintain peak performance throughout each lap. Offering not one but two power supplies, the Super 4-laner allows racers to compete at multiple power levels simultaneously. Tri-Power System
Take control of your race with the AFX exclusive Tri-Power Pack. New drivers can start at beginner and work their way up to Expert without the frustration of constantly crashing. Simply set the level with the flip of a switch and race!
The levels work like this:
Beginner: Cars will stay on the track through about 95% to 100%* of the turns even at full throttle
Intermediate: Cars will stay on the track through about 60% to 70%* of the turns at full throttle
Expert: You are on your own!
