How do I return an item?
If an item needs to be returned, please contact us as soon as possible once you have received it so that we may provide the return authorization.
Return requests must be received within 30 days of the shipment of the product. All returned items must be in new condition, in the original (unopened) packages. Items that are damaged/opened may not receive full credit.
There is no restocking fee on authorized returns that meet the above requirements. Return shipping (insured) is the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. If shipping was originally free, the actual shipping/handling costs will be deducted from the credit amount. Unauthorized returns and returns of opened/used items may be rejected if not previously authorized by RC Superstore, Inc.
Extended Holiday Returns
Items purchased after November 15 can be returned through January 15 of the following year, following the same requirements as above.
Warranty / Defective Returns
The majority of the items we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties. When this is the case, we ask to please follow the manufacturer's warrant process. If an item needs to be repaired/replaced due to a defect, please check the product manual for warranty information. If you have any questions about whether the item should be replaced by the manufacturer or through RC Superstore, contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
