This is a Traxxas Revo 36-Tooth Spur Gear.  This will fit the Revo 2.5 and 3.3 trucks.  The lower the number of teeth on the spur gear, the higher top end speed you will have.  The higher the number of teeth, the more torque and acceleration you will have.
