This is the RC4WD 58-Tooth Spur and 16-Tooth Pinion "Torque Set" Hardended Steel Gear set for the HPI Baja 5B buggies.

The new RC4WD matched spur and pinion gears are here.  This set is considered a “Torque Set” because there is one less tooth on the pinion and one tooth added on the spur gear creating more power on your low end torque with no modification to the engine.  Just pop them in and go!

The stock gearing is 17 tooth pinion and 57 tooth spur.  This set is 16T and 58T and is made of solid machined steel.  Use this set when your looking for that additional low end power to climb hills with ease and pop wheelies up and down the block.
