This is the Racers Edge "Squid" Charge Lead Adaptor.  The Squid features plugs for Traxxas High-Current, Deans Ultra Plugs, Tamiya, Glow Igniter, JST two and three pin, and a pair of blank wire leads for your own additional connector.  This will connect to any charger that has standard banana-jack outputs.
