This is the Team Integy 14-Tooth Steel Clutch Bell with 3 Ball-Bearings for the HPI Savage X, XL, 21, 25, SS, and 4.6 series trucks.  This is made of steel for long-lasting durability.  It includes three ball-bearings.  The higher the number of teeth on the clutch bell, the more top-end speed the vehicle will have.  The lower the number of teeth on the clutch bell, the more acceleration the vehicle will have.
