This is the Team Integy 57-Tooth Steel Spur Gear for the Traxxas Jato 2.5, 3.3, and T-Maxx 3.3 trucks.  This is MUCH stronger than a plastic spur gear.  The Integy spur gears feature color-coded rings to allow easy identification.  Going to a smaller spur gear will give you more top-end speed, while going to a larger spur gear will give you better acceleration.
