Who said a good discharge board has to be expensive?  The INDI Zero-Equalizer is the latest, no gimmick discharge board.  Safe for use with both Ni-Cd and Ni-MH cells.  You can effectively increase power in GP3300 and lower internal resistance with 0.0V cut-off.
