This is the Hitec HS-5475HB High-Torque Karbonite Gear Ball-Bearing Digital Servo with the Universal Connector.  The universal connector means that this servo works with all current JR, Futaba, Hitec, and Airtronics Z receivers and wiring.

The HS-5475HB is Hitec’s lowest cost digital servo and is an excellent choice for sport airplanes up to .60 size . Featuring a programmable digital circuit and the Karbonite gear technology that offers four times the strength as our standard nylon gears and after hundreds of thousands of cycles won’t show any signs of wear.
