This is the Dynamite Tazer 15T Forward and Reverse Electronic Speed Control.  Dynamite’s Tazer 15T is a high-frequency, fully-proportional electronic speed control that is an affordable alternative to mechanical speed controls.  The Tazer 15T can handle a wide variety of motors from stock to 15-turn limited modifieds, Setup is push-button simple and it comes prewired with universal Tamiya and bullet connectors.
