This is a Kyosho/Standard Male Battery Connector with Pre-Installed Wires.  These are made by Duratrax.  These are in bulk to save you money, so there is no packaging.  The wire lead is about 5 inches long.

FEATURES: Connector is the KYOSHO/STANDARD type (male plastic connector) with five inches of color coded wire (red+black).
Plugs are of a white nylon, with a press to open catch that keeps the connector from accidentaly opening.
