This is the Axial Racing Roto-Start Back Plate Set for the Axial .28 and .32 Spec 1S, as well as the .28RR engines.  This uses the standard HPI style Roto-Start wand.  This allows you to use an electric starter in place of the pull-start on these engines.  This uses the engine's stock one-way bearing.
