Integrated Power System Electric power was not an afterthought on E-Revo. From the start, the chassis tightly incorporated the power system into the design. The integrated battery compartments position the weight of the batteries as low and as close to the centerline of the chassis as possible. E-Revo's low center of gravity and balanced weight distribution yields the best handling Revo platform ever.
Water Sealed Electronics E-Revo is the next in the line of Traxxas models that has water sealed electronics. Dual Titan 550 Motors E-Revo comes Ready-to-Race with 16.8V power capacity in the proven EVX-2 power system. Dual Titan 550 motors deliver on-demand torque for wheels-up launches and top speeds over 30 MPH on two 7-cell NiMH battery packs. The EVX-2 is equipped with our exclusive Training Mode features that limits full-throttle power to 50%. In Training Mode, you can let friends who have never driven a radio controlled model try their hand with an E-Revo, worry-free.
Power for Today and Beyond E-Revo's battery compartments are scaleable for today's batteries and new generations of batteries to comes. A clever internal stop is adjustable for battery length, while an innovative leaf spring holds the battery secure.
Quick-Release Battery Doors E-Revo uses an innovative solution for easy battery installation. Quick-release battery doors snap opan and closed in seconds for fast and easy battery installation. There are no clips to lose in the field and the potential for battery changes during pit stops opens the door for a whole new class of electric monster truck racing.
Cooling Vents The battery enclosures are vented with artfully designed intakes and exits to provide cooling air to the batteries. Nothing was overlooked in developing the ultimate electric monster truck platform.
Rigidity, Strength, Protection The smooth center skid plate is by itself a sight to behold while it protects and strengthens. Critical driveline components are shielded from the elements for long life. A cover provides access for maintenance. The Most Suspension Travel Revo architecture delivers the most suspension travel possible, tunable progressive damping rates, independent ride height adjustment, and the absolute highes level of control for any situation. The precision aluminum shocks are rigidly mounted to the chassis, protected from dirt, rocks, and crash damage.
Low-CG Transmission Design E-Revo's transmission design is skillfully configured to fit low in the chassis and to also keep the motor(s) mounted as low as possible. This consistent design theme contributes to the handling benefits drived from E-Revo's optimized center of gravity. An oversized steel idler gear and the patent-pending Torque-Control slipper clutch are built to handle the massive torque of high-performance electric motors.

For other companies, brushless ready means just making some nominal provisions for battery and motor installation and letting the aftermarket develop the upgrades necessary to make it survive. Not Traxxas. They heard the call for more power so E-Revo was tested tough for durability with brutal 6S LiPo power and intense custom-wound brushless motors. For the uninitiated, this extreme 50+ MPH motor and battery combination is ordinarily a predictable recipe for a box full of twisted and mangled parts.
